is suitable for smaller companies to computerize their operations at a lower cost without implementing a full fledged ERP solution. The Business Suite incorporates the normal requirements for any business including the Financial Accounting, Inventory Management, Receivables & Payables Management, LPO Processing, Purchase, Sales, Fixed Asset Management, Budgeting, Client contact Information, HR & Payroll with employee documents expiry tracking. It has a Document Management Module embedded within it to help companies keep track of their documents.

MODULES

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING

ProMIS Financial Accounting module provides a comprehensive solution to the accounting requirements of the organization. It includes General Ledger, Receivables & Payables, Aging Reports, Cost Centre Analysis, Bank Reconciliation, PDC Management, Credit Limits, Financial Statements etc. Any other module like Inventory, Payroll etc. can be directly linked with General Ledger and necessary financial accounting statements can be generated.

INVENTORY CONTROL

Manages inventory and keeps track of material receipts, issues, transfers, replacement, consumption and adjustment entries. Supports multiple store locations, transfer between locations, Item groups and sub groups, stock aging, stock ledger, finished goods entry through production vouchers, stock status reports, re-order levels.

PURCHASE ORDER PROCESSING

Automates the entire purchase process from purchase requisition to material receipt. Integrated with the Inventory Control module, it incorporates the authorization at various levels, comparison of supplier quotations, purchase order preparation, goods receipt note, short delivery handling, back orders, purchase returns, seamless integration with General Ledger and Accounts Payable.

SALES ORDER PROCESSING

Implements a complete workflow to streamline the sales process. Incorporates Quotations to customers, Customer level pricing, confirmed Sales Orders, Authorization levels for sales orders, Delivery Orders and Invoicing. Comprehensive analysis reports on Product/Customer/Salesman are available.

HR & PAYROLL

Manages employee information, Automates the payroll process, Prints pay slips, monthly payroll and bank transfer statement, Tracks salary revision history, Provides expiry status reports for employee documents, Employee benefits calculation, Loans & advances management, Attendance and Overtime tracking, Leave management, Project/Job wise Timesheets, Project/Job wise Payroll cost analysis.

COLLEGES & EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE INFO SYSTEM

Comprehensive system for Educational institutions with Student database, Registration, Admission, Fees Processing, Receipts, Integration with Financial Accounting, Student Ledger, Time Table, Attendance, Assignments, Grading & Transcript and Library modules. Provides seamless integration between the academic and backend modules.

PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Suitable for Professional firms including Legal/Audit/Consultancy firms etc. Includes Client Information, Projects/Jobs/Cases, Staff Assignment, Timesheet Analysis, Invoicing based on time utilization for projects/jobs/cases and employee productivity analysis.

FIXED ASSET MANAGEMENT

Manages assets, calculates depreciation, provides asset schedules and depreciation reports for a period.

Provides overall profitability analysis for projects based on Manpower, Material and Overheads costs actually incurred against the estimated cost.

Automates the Vehicle information, Movement analysis, Fuel consumption monitoring, Maintenance tracking for own/external vehicles, Workshop Job Card and maintenance Job profitability analysis.

SERVICE/MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT

Suitable for dealers in office equipment, industrial tools and machinery. Provides Product Warranty/AMC management, Product service history, Service calls and support monitoring, Product Maintenance information, Service Engineer Performance, Time analysis, Spares/Parts cost analysis, Invoicing.
